RBC offers team building opportunities through Emergenetics®. Emergenetics® is a measurable, proven way to recognize and apply thinking and behaving patterns people use regularly. This scientific formulated concept is easy to use, strength-based, and designed to build trust and teamwork.
Our team of Certified Emergenetics® Associates facilitate individual profile consulting and team building seminars in what is called a Meeting of the Minds. First, each team member completes an online profile assessment designed to capture his or her thinking and behaving preferences. Next, our associates consult with each person individually to interpret his or her unique profile and build a basic understanding of the Emergenetics® concept. Then, teams came together to learn more about themselves and each other. The Meeting of the Minds workshop is designed to deepen each person’s self-awareness, build and foster trust, and purposefully design teams based on each person’s strengths to achieve the best outcomes.
